Following my desire to create a livelihood combined with my passion for collecting antiques and finding one of a kind and unique items whether it be a great handbag, scarf, garden accessory or a piece of furniture; Marishkas was born, my name in Polish, called by my Grandpa Wojciechowski when I was a little girl.
As a former owner of International County, I missed the thrill of the hunt. I again wanted to take my energy and creativity to find fabulous things that make you say wow and be able to share those finds with others. My mission at Marishkas is to be fun, whimsy, fabulous and elegant yet practical about taking those treasures home and incorporating them into your daily life; into your home, into your wardrobe, as gifts, or my favorite idea an all about me treasure.
Set in a wonderfully restored building in downtown St. Cloud, the environment is one of flowing ideas for decorating with antiques, furniture, garden, and home decor as well as personal accessories. |
